I remember the Judge asked my Pannel does anybody have any friends in Law Enforcement. I remember telling the Judge that my brother's best friend was a probation officer in Albquerque, New Mexic. The Judge then asked If I could make an impartial decision, and I said I would be hostile toward the Defendant. I was excused. I remember being called for Jury Duty, and in one time
