Actually, because we do all of our own cooking, we are able to accommodate special dietary needs. The only gluten would be in the bread-- and it is possible to bring bread with you if you need it. We rarely use soy and never use dairy products in our cooking. We supply lots of fruits and lots of both cooked and fresh vegetables. We also eat rice and potatoes normally. When we have fish or meat with our meal, it is a separate dish and not mixed with the other foods. If we have people with special dietary needs, we make sure to accommodate them.

Would we be able to get vegan, gluten free, soy free food? My kids and I have celiac disease and are all allergic to dairy and soy. I"m allergic to eggs and we're all vegan. I want to our family to tour the far east but don't want to have to worry about food. Eating in China was a nightmare when we visited there two years ago. We lived on fruit and all lost a lot of weight.
