Let people come and go as they please. Eat, drink and be merry... It&#039;s all about the parade,isn&#039;t it?  And being adorable in their costumes and giving hugs and kisses to the fictional woman and man.

As the fictional queen once said, &quot;Let them eat hamenatachen!&quot;  (or was that Marie Antoinette or maybe not?)]]></description>
